Terms and Licence Agreement

Version 1, effective 11 October 2026

Unitly is owned by Mohamed Kaiser. When you buy or try Unitly you receive a licence to use it. You do not buy the software itself. By starting a free trial, submitting an order, or activating a licence key, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

In these terms, "Unitly", "we" and "us" mean Mohamed Kaiser, the developer and sole owner of the Unitly software, website and brand. "You" means the person or company that requests a trial, places an order or uses Unitly.

2. Ownership

  1. Unitly, including its program code, compiled application, design, user interface, workflow, report generation methods, template system, licensing system, documentation, website, name and logo, is the exclusive property of Mohamed Kaiser and is protected by the Copyright Act 1987 (Malaysia) and international copyright law. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
  2. Nothing in these terms, and no payment you make, transfers ownership of Unitly or any part of it to you.
  3. Your photos, captions, templates and the reports you create belong to you.

3. Your licence

  1. Each paid licence key lets you install and use Unitly on one computer, for your own business, for as long as you follow these terms.
  2. A free trial key gives the same right for 48 hours from activation, once per person and once per computer.
  3. The licence is personal to you. You may not share, sell, lend or publish your licence key, and you may not let others use it on another computer.

4. What you must not do

You agree that you will not, and will not help or allow anyone else to:

  1. copy, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or try to obtain the source code of Unitly;
  2. modify Unitly, remove or change its ownership notices, or get around its licence checks;
  3. resell, rent, sublicense, distribute or share Unitly or any download link we send you;
  4. build, commission or distribute a copy of Unitly, or software that reproduces Unitly's design, interface, workflow, features or report-generation methods, using knowledge gained from your access to Unitly, its trial, its documentation or this website;
  5. use Unitly, its output or anything learned from it to create a product that competes with Unitly.

Breaking this section ends your licence immediately, without refund, and we may take legal action to protect our rights, including claiming damages and seeking a court order to stop the infringement.

5. Payment and delivery

  1. Prices are one-time payments in Malaysian Ringgit, paid by Touch 'n Go eWallet to the account shown at checkout.
  2. We confirm each payment by hand. Your licence key and a private download link are emailed after confirmation, usually the same day. If we cannot match your payment we will contact you by email.
  3. Because a licence key can be used immediately, payments are not refundable once a key has been sent, except where Malaysian law requires otherwise. Please use the free trial first.

6. Updates and support

We may release updates and new modules. Support is by email at mohdkaiser1806@gmail.com. We may move a key to a new computer on request when your old computer is replaced.

7. Activation and privacy

Unitly checks your licence online when you activate it and at least every 14 days. It sends only your licence key and an anonymous code for your computer. Your photos and reports never leave your computer. We keep your name, email, company and order details to deliver and support your licence, and we do not sell them.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

Unitly is provided "as is". You are responsible for checking every report before you use or send it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

9. Ending the licence

We may disable a licence key that is shared, used against these terms, or bought with a payment that was reversed. You may stop using Unitly at any time. Sections 2, 4 and 8 continue to apply after the licence ends.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms for future purchases; the version you agreed to applies to your existing licence. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
